When RentReporters or Rental Kharma make sense
Their real advantage is the back-report: if you've been paying rent reliably for the past year or two and want that history to count starting now, paying the setup fee to have it appear retroactively is something CertRent does not offer. If that's specifically what you need, it's worth the fee.
