Can I use CertRent without a Social Security number?
Yes. CertRent supports ITIN holders and does not require an SSN to build a verified profile.
Will CertRent raise my credit score?
No. CertRent does not promise any credit-score change. It documents your verified identity, income, and rent-payment history so you can present a stronger, honest application and build a track record you control.
Do Dallas-Fort Worth landlords have to accept my CertRent profile?
Landlords are not required to use CertRent. But because Texas does not cap application fees, showing up with a verified profile already in hand is one of the few practical levers you have to avoid paying — and re-paying — to prove the same facts.
Is my bank data safe?
